These Terms apply to our website and to the general commercial relationship between Go Ignite and its clients; the specific scope, deliverables, fees, and guarantees for any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or statement of work signed by both parties, which controls over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

2. Eligibility and business use

Our website and services are intended for business owners and representatives acting on behalf of a business, and are not directed at consumers or individuals under the age of 18. By using our site or booking a consultation, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent.

3. Bookings and consultations

You may book a free growth-audit consultation or other appointment through our website's scheduling tool. Bookings are subject to availability. There is no obligation to purchase any service as a result of booking or attending a consultation, and no fees are charged for the initial growth-audit call.

4. Fees, guarantees, and contracts

Paid engagements are billed according to the plan or proposal you agree to separately from this website. Minimum terms depend on the service: Go Ignite plans have a four-month minimum and then run month to month, remote professional placements are on 12-month contracts, and standalone AI voice agents run month to month. Specific guarantees referenced in our marketing (for example, a lifetime replacement guarantee or 60-day rebuild guarantee) are defined in full, together with their conditions and exclusions, in your signed service agreement. The marketing description on this site is a summary only and does not itself create a binding guarantee. Your signed agreement sets out the term that applies to you.

5. Text messaging (SMS) program terms

If you provide your phone number through our website (for example, the "Book your 20-minute growth audit" form) and check the box agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Go Ignite related to your growth audit, appointment reminders, and related account or service updates. This consent is collected separately from these Terms via a standalone checkbox and is never a condition of purchasing any service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless your signed service agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of our website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
