Is this actually free, or is it a sales call?
It's free, and it is also how we win work. Both things are true. The difference is that the plan is yours at the end regardless, including the parts you could do yourself without us.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. We do the review beforehand. If you happen to have your call log or your enquiry numbers to hand, the maths gets sharper, but it's not required.
Who will I be speaking to?
Pierre, and often Karen as well. Not a junior setter working from a script.
What if we're not ready to spend anything?
Then take the plan and come back when you are. We'd rather be the people who gave you something useful than the people who chased you for a year.
